21-day challenge: extraneous clutter

For the past two weeks, I have been steadily Decluttering our home, one area at a time.

To date, we’ve thrown away ten bags of trash, donated two car loads of things to the thrift store, and even sold and consigned one car load of stuff.

Everything else was just a matter of putting up and putting away.

It seems as though every room in our house contained some sort of clutter.

This is our bedroom before the decluttering:

We put up the heating pad, donated or gave away the outgrown baby items, and then found a place to store my wedding dress.

Our room looks so much better now.

Our office isn’t yet finished, but it used to look like this:

We went through everything, and donated or threw away and even though we aren’t done, it’s looking better already.

I am loving living with less clutter already. I can’t wait to show you our refreshed office!
