On the second day of our 24 Days of Christmas series, I want to share the easiest advent wreath ever! I’ve actually never made an advent wreath before, and this is certainly an easy way to make one. It’s also a great tradition to start in your family, and a great way to teach your children the story of Christmas.
I made my advent wreath on a white Ikea tray that I already owned, so I could pick it up and move it.
I also purchased four battery operated candles. You could use real candles if you want, but I have pets and small children, so it is much safer to use the faux flicker candles. I got mine from Dollar Tree, but you can find them almost anywhere.
I then purchased several holiday floral picks from Walgreens
and arranged them around the candles.
I ended up with a cute advent wreath for only about $20.
I would love to see your advent wreaths! Please share how you make them and include pictures!
Have a wonderful weekend.
