I really love this advent calendar at Pottery Barn Kids.
It’s no longer available, but when it was available, it cost almost $300.
I dug through my scrap wood stash and found part of an old shelf board. Then I grabbed some wood glue, craft paint and clothes pins.
I put the letters where I wanted them.
Then, I painted the board.
I then peeled off the letters and glued my mini clothespins to the bottom.
I then added more letters just above the clothespins.
Then I painted the letters at the top.
I added hanging hardware to the back.
I bought this advent mitten garland last year from Sassy Steals and cut apart the garland. I thought it’d be perfect for my calendar.
Here is the finished product. I love how it turned out!!
I plan on adding a little something more, so stay tuned!
