I’ll admit it: my command center has good bones, but something is missing. It’s not terrible, but it isn’t pretty or inspiring, either.
I love the giant bulletin board and the giant calendar.
I love the cute art prints at the top.
I especially love that makeshift mail basket on the wall.
But you know what I don’t love?
The small sewing machine turned desk under my command center.
The thrown together look of my command center.
The lack of symmetry in my command center.
I started scouring the internet for inspiration and I came across this image from Pottery Barn:
Is this not gorgeous? I love everything about it….except the price.
I’m going to attempt to DIY a bigger, better command center using the picture above as inspiration.
