Farmhouse Friday: “Antique” tool caddy

Two years ago I went shopping at a local dollar store and I found this:


Granted, when I found it, it had this horrendously ugly label on the front:


Sorry if that’s your thing. I soaked it and scraped that bad guy off. I didn’t really do anything with it after that.

I do have some great ideas of how I’m gonna use it, though.


I added some mason jars to it (Classico sauce jars fit perfectly!) and used it as a silverware caddy in my dining room.


Then I had another idea and I grabbed some tin cans and used it to store my art supplies.

I can’t claim this one, but someone in a Facebook group I follow did this:


Now I want to buy a few more of these!!!
