Make-it Monday: DIY Faux Succulent Planter

I have recently gotten into chalk paint.
I’m a little late in the game, but before I decided to go big and chalk paint some furniture, I decided to start small. I also had a small mason jar and a faux succulent.

I got out some floral foam and cut it to size.

Then I put them all together. You’ll also need some moss to help hide the foam.
