I have been following the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating for about two years and I’ve not only lost a lot of weight, but I feel better than I ever have.
You will need these ingredients:
6 cups of cheddar or colby jack cheese
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of golden flaxseed flour or THM Baking Blend
1/4 stick of butter
1/2 pound of diced ham
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of parsley
1/2 tsp of chives
salt and pepper
First, cook up your bacon and brown your sausage.
Then, bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
You can even freeze and thaw for later.
