Happy Saturday!

This past week, we were headed up to WV to see our family. It was a short trip, but a great one.

Aubrey thoroughly enjoyed her sister’s vocal stylings.

And Emorie got schooled at the School of Rock via her great uncle Michael. We went to my other uncle’s house where we had a cookout. We saw cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles, great aunts and uncles… and we had tons of good things to eat all weekend long!! We had a blast, but like always, the visit wasn’t long enough.

This weekend, we are helping some friends celebrate their birthdays and we are getting a few things done around the house. I’m also doing a little reading:

  1. I wish you a great start into a new school year! Grade 8 wow! I´ll be heading back to work on the 1st and will meet my sweet 4 year olds in Kindergarten. I´m looking forward going back and seeing ¨my¨ kiddos. And I so agree, teaching is so rewarding and fulfilling and even though there are hard times as well, it all makes up at the end. Congrats on 10 years of teaching!
