Have you ever sat in church and known that the preacher’s message was just for you? That can be either an extremely uplifting feeling or an extremely guilty feeling, depending on the message and your need. I can honestly say I’ve been on both sides of the coin.
This past Wednesday our pastor preached on one of my favorite passages of Scripture, Proverbs 3:5.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says this: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him and he will make your paths straight.”
I’ve always kind of focused on the first part of the verse and not so much on verse 6.
Our pastor said something that made a lot of sense. He said if you’ll pray for the Lord to direct your path, it’s amazing what will happen next.
I am challenging myself this week to pray that the Lord will direct my path.
And to help us remember to pray for this, I have created the printable below. To download, just right click and save to your device.
Have a wonderful week.
