Simplify and save money: candle wax tarts

I don’t know about you guys, but I am addicted to Capri Blue Volcano candles. I love the way they smell, but I don’t always love the price.

I decided since I have so many of these candles but since I burn them so often, they don’t last long. I purchased a few wax burners and decided to make my own wax melts on the cheap.

Whenever I’d burn down a candle, I would pour the hot wax into a lid or ice cube tray.

Then, I’d pop it into the fridge and let it cool. Then, just pop your wax tarts into the warmer.

Safety tip: make sure that the wax burner is out of the reach of pets or small children. Hot wax can cause serious burn or injury.

You also may need to cut the wax tarts in half, depending on the size of your burner.

Have a wonderful day!!
