Thursday- Fall house maintenance

go Each year, there are things we do around the house. Some of these maintenance items are completed once yearly, some twice yearly, and some every two years. Some are just done on an as-needed basis. Either way, there are things we try to make sure we budget for and get done to keep our house in tip-top shape. Each year, we go through our binder and write what month we want to do these things. That helps us know when to budget for them too.
