With this post, I’m totally at risk of being more transparent than I usually allow myself to be. For once, I’m not going to worry about that. Most people who know me know that I’m currently going through some stuff. I’m trying to handle it and deal with it the best way I know how. When I saw this quote, I felt like it applies to where I currently am in life.
“The days that break you, are the days that make you.”
Do I consider myself to be broken? No. Not yet. But I know that there are some things that have come pretty close to breaking me.
Have you ever heard the quote “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger?” As much as I hate that quote, I can’t deny that there is a lot of truth to it.
The days that break you are the days that make you. I plan to remember that even though there are things that happen that are almost impossible to get through, we do get through them. And we’re stronger people for it.
Have a wonderful week.
