Wordfull Wednesday

I found this sweet little quote on Pinterest this week and I’m thinking of printing it and hanging it in my classroom. How often do we hold ourselves back because we think we “can’t?”

My grandpa used to say “can’t never could.” He’s right- we are capable of more than we can possibly imagine; we simply have to be motivated enough.

I’ve been a big doubter over the years and I’ve let my fear of failure and my self doubts rule me at times. Even today I sometimes wonder what I might have done with my life had I not been to afraid of failing.

I don’t mean to sound as though I’m unhappy with my life. I’m not. I just realize that too often I’ve let go of dreams because I didn’t think I could make them happen.

I am making an effort to dream big and stop worrying about what I can’t do. I am capable of more than I know.

Won’t you join me?
