I am reading a Bible study called The Comparison Trap. While there have been many eye opening moments in the study, one of the biggest eye openers is this: what we take for granted, someone else wishes they had. This is also ingrained in those words: we are wired to always want bigger and better, and more of it, but somewhere someone is happy with less than what we have.
It lends an interesting perspective in this “I want it now” society, right?
Have a wonderful Wednesday.
